Worked closely with director Paul Young and the Lucasfilm team to Art Direct Cartoon Saloon’s Star Wars Visions, "Screecher's Reach" animated short film. A completely new and unique story created, envisioned, written and developed at Cartoon Saloon inside the Star Wars Universe.
My mission was to create the style from scratch and supervise all the teams together with the director Paul to create this unique story.

Designing the Story of Daal
The whole visual direction orbits around three main ideas: the united pack of a family and the detachment from it, the freedom to become your own person and gaining your inner power, and representing the force visually through a dark side hallucination. From this wheel sprouts all the shape, light and composition decisions. Establishing many layers of storytelling to express Daal’s journey visually in the evolution of the compositions and light, I designed everything towards the ending.
